Use your time wisely
Fast food is very good option when people do not have time to prepare lunch or dinner. It may also be very cheap if it is not continuous. The taste of fast food is delicious but people can get addictived very easily. Does this win our health? I believe, that fast food is one of the main reason for overweight.
Convenience food is prepared quickly and it saves time. After a hard workday people are tired and hungry. They can just put food to the microwave and take it out quickly. In fact, food what is prepared in microwave is not good for health. It changes the taste of the food and destroy some of the vitamins. It is much better to spend little more time for making a good food in oven.
People need some good fats in their daily life. Fast food includes huge amount of different fats, as we all know, but those fats are not good ones. That kind of food includes much calories as well. That means people get much energy from their food but they do not feel full a long period. They feel hungry very soon after dinner. Eventhought they have eaten for instance hamburger meal, they need more food.
Obese is one of the bad consequences of fast food. That is why people have to have a right amount of exercise. If they eat much fats, they need to exercise more. Althought people eat convenience food, they do not do enough exercise, and that is not a good thing. Adults whose eat much fast food are copied by their children. All they are addictived very soon and conseuences are not good.
Fast food restaurants are earning much money every day. In my opinion, those restaurants have taken too much space in the world. Fast food tastes delicious and people can have it sometimes. It tastes even more better if people eat it rarely. People should not ban it all, just make the use less, and take more care about their health.
